In 2013, we launched programming focused on diversity and inclusion. Creating an inclusive world involves all of us. The work is never done, and our goal is to extend the impact into our communities.

Our internship program introduces historically underrepresented students to the mortgage industry. Interns experience hands-on experience as well as personal and professional development sessions.
We encourage thoughtful conversations among employees and their friends and family members while enhancing awareness to sensitive topics.
We support nonprofits in our community by coordinating thousands of hours of volunteer opportunities for Veterans United employees every year.
