Agent Relations Coordinator

As an Agent Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Agent network by obtaining required updates and paperwork from Agents and other stakeholders. In addition, you will resolve customer service inquiries from internal and external customers and assist network Agents with troubleshooting.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Assist internal teams in finding VUR customers real estate agents in low agent markets, collaborate with teams and departments on onboarding efforts.

  • Resolve a wide variety of customer service inquiries from both internal and external customers.

  • Assist Network Agents with troubleshooting basic technology and applications across devices.

  • Monitor and manage inbox inquiries from lending partners, Real Estate Agents, and customers.

  • Review and communicate with Real Estate Agents on partial and overage payments.

  • Maintain an accurate record of inquiries, requests, issues, as well as their resolutions.

  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
