As an Audience Marketing Strategist, you will work with affiliate business partners to set the content strategy and then create, develop, and standardize ongoing curriculum and training materials. In addition, you will use data analytics to review agent performance in a continued effort to refine training curriculum and improve the overall agent experience.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for managing the business coaching program which will include but is not limited to developing a survey/feedback platform, agent onboarding and training programs, and change management programs, network development programs, and digital asset management platforms.

  • Develop performance and learning objectives, construct course content, and support internal sales teams by partnering with executives, subject matter experts, and department managers across our family of brands.

  • Work with affiliate marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive agent engagement and platform adoption goals.

  • Revise training materials and courses to reflect changes in business practices, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder or customer feedback.

  • Analyze reports from training courses to support the department with training completions and measuring competencies.

  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
