As a Branch Manager, you will serve in both an operations management and Loan Officer capacity for a Veterans United branch location. You are responsible for the success of the branch and for managing and developing its employees. You also serve as a point of escalation within the branch and as a liaison with home office.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

Effectively communicate with Borrowers, Production team, Underwriters, Closers and other third parties that are involved in the transaction, responding promptly to inquiries and requests via phone (preferred) email and/or IM.

Perform licensed activity, including interviewing borrowers to obtain information and documentation, pulling credit, and educating borrowers on different loan products.

Responsible for self-sourcing business as well as timely communication with any company sourced leads. Generate leads and referral business through community events, social media outreach, and other avenues.

Analyze and manage performance numbers to increase and ensure efficiencies and meet company goals.

Manage internal efforts to ensure a timely process and resolve application issues. Act as a point of escalation and oversight for production and operations teams.

Serve as branch liaison to/from home office, managing limited human resource functions, compliance requirements, financial management, and local marketing activities.

Supervise team, schedules, and assign duties. Responsible for employee actions, including staffing, performance management, and development.

Remain knowledgeable on company and industry guidelines and processes.

Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed.

NMLS licensed or become licensed upon employment

Regular and predictable attendance
The range for this position is between $100,000 and $500,000, but keep in mind this is a commissioned role. Of course, pay will vary and may be above or below the potential range based on various factors, such as experience and performance.
