As a Branch Marketing Manager, you will oversee and manage the efforts of the Marketing Team and driving the day-to-day execution of Branch Marketing plans. 

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Implement and track marketing initiatives for branch locations while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Field and prioritize marketing requests from branch locations and the Branch COMO team.

  • Utilize production software to effectively manage daily schedules, meet deadlines, and accommodate rush projects. Constantly improve efficiency and implement process improvements.

  • Conduct meetings in one-on-one, group, and team environments in order to develop marketing initiatives and develop creative content.
  • Collaborate and cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including Branch Managers, Regional Managers and Branch COMO marketing peers.

  • Responsible for employee actions, including staffing, performance management, and development. Provide critiques on creative materials and approve final materials before publishing.

  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
