As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you will work across the Marketing division in an effort to increase testing velocity while focusing on maximizing variation potential. In addition, you will be responsible for project management, technical execution, analysis, and storytelling.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize analytics, CRM, call data, borrower information and other data as necessary to identify optimization opportunities on company websites and online properties. Advocate for continued testing across properties to maximize learning and improve leads and user experience.

  • Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking, Quality Assurance, and data structure.

  • Assist with the structure, development, and monitoring of tests with a focus on achieving high testing velocity.

  • Research and identify opportunities for improvement, Remain knowledgeable and up to date on new product/data features in our various platforms and data sources using CRO best practices.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on planning, prioritization, and user experience in order to drive projects forward.

  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
