About the Role:

As an End-Point Administrator at Veterans United Home Loans, you’ll be creating and maintaining system solutions to enhance the lives of your co-workers and clients. Your primary focus will be on supporting business objectives related to the mortgage and real estate domains, helping veterans and service members buy homes. We're seeking an End-Point Administrator to join us in-person in Columbia, MO.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Work with Systems Engineers and Architects to ensure high reliability and performance within infrastructure environment.

  • Automation of processes wherever possible.

  • Perform necessary upgrades and maintenance following industry best practices where applicable.

  • Create documentation about specific systems and store in a centralized repository.

  • Prepare, maintain, and uphold procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring end-user device operations.

  • Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future end-user device needs.

  • Assist other teams within IT through cross-training or administrative tools.

  • Write technical specifications for purchase of end-user devices and related products. Evaluate and recommend products for purchase.

  • Work with Systems Engineers to ensure that support tickets and operational tasks are completed in a timely manner.

  • Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Jamf, SCCM, Intune, MEM, Powershell, Python, and Group Policy
