As the End-Point Engineer - Windows, you are responsible for the construction, maintenance and oversight of a specific knowledge area(s) within the End User Computing Team. The primary role of an End-Point Engineer is to provide superior technical expertise in a focused subject area.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Work with End-Point Architects and End-Point Administrators to ensure high reliability and performance in infrastructure environment.

  • Perform necessary upgrades and maintenance following industry best practices where applicable.

  • Create documentation about specific systems and store in a centralized repository.

  • Prepare, maintain, and uphold procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring end-user device operations.

  • Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future end-user device needs.

  • Assist other teams within IT through cross-training or administrative tools.

  • Write technical specifications for purchase of end-user devices and related products. Evaluate and recommend products for purchase.

  • Work with Systems Administrators to ensure that support tickets and operational tasks are completed in a timely manner.

  • 3+ year(s) experience as an End-Point Administrator.

  • Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: SCCM, Intune, MEM, Powershell, C#, Python and group policy.
