Home Buying Concierge

As a Home Buying Concierge, you will help clients navigate the many nuances included in the lending process and the process of moving. While the loan team is the primary point of contact to the borrower for all things mortgage-related, you will be the primary connection ensuring the client is able to get whatever assistance they need throughout the entire process (lead, post close, etc).

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Connect with customers at various points in the home buying and owning process; act as the customer’s advocate, advisor, and project manager.

  • Work with internal and external providers on obtaining products and services as needed.

  • Adaptable to change and shifts in priority

  • Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)

  • Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company

  • Regular and predictable attendance
