Home Buying Concierge

The Home Buying Concierge teams work together to achieve the goal of streamlining the moving and homebuying process for our borrowers. As a team, they are reliant upon cultivating relationships between one another and creating a departmental culture that is driven by teamwork.

Are you comfortable with sales and metrics? Do you have strong customer service skills? Would you consider yourself efficient in multitasking? Are you interested in being a heavy contributor of our borrower’s VU experience? If you answered yes, you might be just the person we are looking for.

As a Home Buying Concierge, you help borrowers navigate the many nuances of the moving process. While the loan team is the primary point of contact to the borrower for all things mortgage-related, you will be the connection point to take the details of physically moving off the borrower’s plate. Your success is measured by how you support and serve the borrower, our sister companies, and our external service providers.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Connect with customers at various points in the home buying and owning process, act as the customer’s advocate, advisor, and project manager.

  • Work with internal and external providers on obtaining products and services as needed.
