Home Buying Concierge Support Specialist

About The Role:

As a Home Buying Concierge Support Specialist, you’ll dive into reviewing calls, checking out interactions, and keeping track of key observations. You’ll also take charge of keeping the utility portal updated and assist the Home Buying Concierge teams with managing tasks. You’ll team up with folks across Veterans United Home Loans and our affiliates, gathering info and keeping databases fresh and current.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:

  • Reviewing call quality recordings to make sure we’re delivering the best possible client experience every time.

  • Keeping the utility portal running smoothly by editing, deleting, or creating cards whenever needed.

  • Jumping in to support the Home Buying Concierge teams by handling tasks, following up, and making first payment calls to keep things moving.

  • Double-checking the accuracy of real estate agent sales contracts to make sure everything’s in order.

  • Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

About You:

  • You’ve got at least a year of experience with us here at VU, and you’re ready to bring that knowledge and experience to the next level!

  • You’re confident with basic computer technologies and can easily navigate through multiple platforms, making it second nature to use the tools needed for an internet-based company.

  • You’re confident using basic computer technologies and comfortable navigating the tools needed for an internet-based company.
