About The Role:
As an HR Business Partner Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes pro keeping things organized. From posting jobs and supporting employee movement to handling paperwork and reference checks, you’ll keep everything on track. You’ll make offboarding seamless, schedule meetings, and be a go-to resource for employee questions. Plus, you’ll help with hiring by reviewing job requisitions and keeping candidates in the loop. It’s a fast-paced role, but there’s something really rewarding about keeping things moving and supporting both employees and the HR team!
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
- Helping out with job descriptions, job postings, and employee movement to keep things running smoothly.
- Handling HR admin tasks like organizing paperwork, sending out employee communications, and checking references during the hiring process.
- Making the offboarding process seamless—assist with exit interviews, collect company property, and ensure final paperwork is squared away.
- Keeping calendars organized, schedule meetings, and be the go-to person for employee questions.
- Supporting the hiring process by reviewing job requisitions and keeping candidates updated with clear, professional communication.
- Jumping in on HR projects and process improvements to help the team work smarter.
