Intern- Client Advocate - Springfield, MO

As an Intern, you support the Client Advocate division in an effort to improve customer service. You will assist with call audits of the Production department as well as resolving issues brought to the Client Advocate team, via email or phone, from internal and external sources.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Perform call audits on Production employees. Look for trends in vocal variety and language to ensure an excellent customer experience.

  • Assist with preparing and coordinating on-site Client Advocate training and events.

  • Work on assigned tasks in order to resolve customer service complaints.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, excluding licensed activity.
