Intern - Paddio HR

As an Intern, you support the Human Resources department with tasks and projects related to the employee life cycle and engagement. You will focus primarily on one of the following areas:

  • People Development

  • Talent Management

  • Paddio Support

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

People Development

  • Assist with projects related to people development.

  • Attend and assess training sessions conducted by PDP team.

  • Meet with various employees, leaders and departments to assess development needs.

  • Help prepare for and assist as needed with Leadership Development Program sessions.

Talent Management

  • Assist with projects related to talent management.

  • Assist with tasks to keep systems and records updated for the HR Coordinators and Recruiters.

  • Assist with gathering applicant documentation, scheduling interviews and sending interview reminders, and onboarding new employees. 

  • Upload documents to employee files.

Paddio Support

  • Assist with print, social media, and online recruitment marketing. Responsible for planning content for social media outlets and identifying recruitment opportunities.

  • Assist with recruiting events which will include but is not limited to event preparation, booth set-up, and obtaining marketing materials. 

  • Assist with the execution of communication strategies in order to keep prospective candidates engages with Paddio.

  • Work with cross-functional teams on the development and execution of marketing and recruitment materials.
