Introduction for DoD Atrium Realty SkillBridge Opportunities

At Atrium Realty, we’re committed to hiring military-connected individuals and creating a supportive environment for them to grow and thrive. We understand that transitioning out of a military career can be challenging, so we’ve partnered with the DoD SkillBridge Program and are happy to offer an opportunity for an internship program to those within the last stretch of their military contract. Whether you are Full-Time Army, Marines, Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force, Space Force, or any of their components, we may be the first stop in your civilian career!

Your skillsets and our agent need will determine the details of your day-to-day in the company. By having the opportunity to shadow and learn the ropes as a real estate assistant, this position can set you up for future success within the real estate industry. Our goal is that you become a full-time producing agent with us at the end of the program, although this is not guaranteed and is based on performance and business need. We would be honored to get to know you and help you determine what opportunities might await your next step with Atrium Realty.

Here’s what you can expect with the internship:

  • Come with a hunger for hard work and a heart to serve others. We are a full-service real estate brokerage and while we serve both buyers and sellers of all loan types, we are especially passionate about providing an excellent home-buying experience for our veteran buyers using their VA home loan benefit.

  • Provide attentiveness and care at key stages of the homebuying journey. These positions work diligently so that homebuyers and sellers can have an incredible home buying or selling experience.

  • Our team members love to-do lists and find peace in ensuring details are double-checked.

  • Assist real estate agents with coordination and preparation of successful open house events. Coordinate with agents on advertising the property online. Support in document creation, signing, and delivery. Put up and remove “For Sale” signs on properties as needed. Monitor licenses and personnel files. Answer calls and schedule appointments for agents.

  • If selected, all opportunities are contingent upon a background check.

Sound good? Let’s get to know each other better! Apply now and share some of your basic information and skills. One of our Military-Connected Recruiters will reach out to help you determine if we’ve got the right opportunity for you.
