As a Business Analyst in Infrastructure Services, you will work with the End User Experience team to analyze customer needs and find ways to utilize technology to enhance the lives of our Veterans United (VU) team members.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Proactively meet with business partners to identify problems and needs.

  • Analyze incident trends and work with technology teams to improve the end user environment.

  • Quickly identify, respond to and resolve events that adversely impact business critical functions.

  • Work closely with technology teams to identify root cause analysis and eradication steps.

  • Compile and analyze data representative of the user experience and present those findings to senior teams within technology.

  • Identifying opportunities to develop and enhance processes that promote stability in the VU environment.
