IT Team Lead - Unified Communications

As an IT Team Lead, you are responsible for driving processes and leading professionals towards enhancing the overall technology experience for Veterans United employees.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Implement methodologies to improve team's workflow with the goal of creating efficiency. 

  • Recommend appropriate technology and other resources to maximize team's effectiveness. 

  • Maintain customer care philosophy which measures and ensures employee satisfaction.

  •  Carry out regular assessment of systems and operations to determine risks, and then determine action to manage or mitigate them.

  • Assist with employee actions, including staffing, performance management and development. 

  • Supervise team of technical staff including scheduling and delegating duties and tasks within the team.

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.

  • 1 – 3 years’ experience working with telephony, VOIP, and enterprise phone systems
