As a Law Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting and working with the organization’s legal staff through operations and research-based tasks and projects.
Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

Responsible for conducting research involving various legal topics, as well as curating and summarizing information regarding regulatory developments for Legal team review.

Assist with incoming legal notices, complaints, and subpoenas by researching and gathering documentation and responsive material.

Assist with contract management and review using various software systems.

Gather information for projects and due diligence requests from third parties.

Support projects from various business units within the company.
-
Remain knowledgeable on company and industry guidelines and processes.

Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
