As a Law Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting and working with the organization’s legal staff through operations and research-based tasks and projects.

We are looking for candidates who are actively enrolled in an accredited Juris Doctor (JD) degree program.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Responsible for conducting research involving various legal topics, as well as curating and summarizing information regarding regulatory developments for Legal team review.

  • Assist with incoming legal notices, complaints, and subpoenas by researching and gathering documentation and responsive material.

  • Assist with contract management and review using various software systems.

  • Gather information for projects and due diligence requests from third parties.

  • Support projects from various business units within the company. 

  • Remain knowledgeable on company and industry guidelines and processes.

  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
