As a Lead Auditor, Marketing, you are responsible for helping to oversee the Marketing team in Audit, which will include priorities, workload, and productivity. You will review audit findings, oversee travel and ensure that all branches are audited in a timely manner according to Audit schedules. The Marketing team is responsible for conducting audits both in Columbia and at our Remote/Branch locations; therefore travel is required.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Lead, oversee, prioritize, and schedule team workload, which includes conducting independent marketing audits as well as some branch/remote visits.

  • Communicate and assist in scaling policies and supporting external exam requests, ensuring completion according to due date specifications.

  • Partner with business units in order to gain an understanding of process flows and controls, and provide consulting services as appropriate to improve the control environment.

  • Responsible for employee actions including staffing, performance management, coaching, training and development for the team. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned, excluding licensed activity.
