As a Legal Specialist, you are responsible for conducting legal research and providing project support. In addition, you will assist in organizing and structuring resources for the Legal department in a usable and functional format.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Assist with the conception, management, and execution of legal research and other projects to support the Legal department’s internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for internal inquiries to the Legal department, organizing requests for support, and connecting the appropriate Legal contact.

  • Gather information and data required as part of state compliance examinations, warehouse line and insurance renewals, and similar projects.

  • Assist in contract management and the contract review process as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, excluding licensed activity.
