As a Military Relations Coordinator, you will assist with planning, scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating projects and events as assigned by the Vice President of Military Relations and Business Development and the Military Relations Director.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Military Relations team with labeling, collecting, and shipping of materials for events. Provide event support by assist with venue rentals, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel.

  • Assist with different aspects of print, social media, and online marketing for the Military Relations team.

  • Act as a liaison for internal and external inquiries relating to Military Relations. Work with Marketing, Communications, and Production to answer questions and provide information on how to utilize services.

  • Manage calendars for the Military Relations team.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, excluding licensed activity.
