Network Development Coach

As a Network Development Coach, you will focus on improving and maintaining our network of Real Estate Agents and holding them accountable to meeting criteria for the Realty Search Solutions Network. You will work to educate Agents on best practices and develop mutually beneficial business goals to bring the best home purchasing experience to the clients we serve. You will also pair home buyers with agents to facilitate the home shopping journey and ultimately, the home buying process.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Take leads and partner home buyers with a realty partner within the network.

  • Leverage agent performance tracker and marketing tools to maximize Agent engagement and achieve desired business goals.

  • Monitor the performance of assigned regional network agents to identify coaching and growth opportunities.

  • Cultivate relationships with assigned regional network agents to maximize business goals.

  • Remain Knowledgeable on lending partner policy changes and department goals to focus on overall increase in conversions.

  • Serve as liaison between Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers, and the Home Buying Concierge team to manage monthly closings.

  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed.

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company

  • Regular and predictable attendance

  • Real Estate Salesperson licensed or become licensed upon employment
