Partner Account Coordinator

As a Partner Account Coordinator you will support the Account Manager in running partner campaigns. You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and tracking of assigned accounts. You will be laser-focused on KPIs and able to identify when we are not meeting them quicker than anyone else.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Perform administrative tasks which will include but is not limited to: reconciling billing, compiling materials for compliance exams, maintaining campaign visualization libraries, auditing/testing live campaigns, and preparing/entering data for partner performance review decks.

  • Track, monitor, and report performance across campaigns while identifying issues and optimization opportunities.

  • Create, maintain, troubleshoot, and audit partner campaigns using Campaign Manager 360.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and analyze A/B tests for assigned accounts.

  • Work with Account Analysts to develop reporting structures for assigned accounts. Interpret findings and communicate to the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Participate in and document discussions during partner meetings and conference calls.

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and data manipulation.

  • Familiar with online advertising metrics.

  • Ability to work on-site in a Columbia, MO office location.
