As a Prequalification Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring borrower documents and materials are assembled and mailed to recipients in a timely manner.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

Perform data entry into Encompass as it pertains to shipping information.

Prepare and print loan prequalification documents when needed for shipping.

Assemble marketing materials in provided shipping boxes or packets, these may include but are not limited to socks, post cards, and inserts.

Locate and confirm client information such as address, military branch, or loan team information, using data from Encompass in preparation for shipping.

Print shipping labels using various shipping providers such as UPS, FedEx
-
and USPS. Shipping methods include domestic, international as well as APO/FPO/DPO locations (military bases using USPS).

Ability to input data using shipping software such as Proship and other shipping providers as needed.

Receive and review mail and scan to appropriate department.

Ensure an understanding of daily activities as it relates to the prequalification processes for Veterans United and its affiliate brands.

Assist with stocking, organizing, and moving materials.

Communicate regularly with the Prequalification team and home buying teams by responding promptly to inquiries via email and phone.

Remain knowledgeable on company and industry guidelines and processes.

Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
