Production Manager- Jacksonville, NC

As the Production Manager, you are responsible for the development and refinement of loan production, ensuring work is of the highest quality with low to zero defects.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Responsible for employee actions, including staffing, performance management, and development.

  • Manage direction and performance of assigned team.

  • Manage, train, design, and implement policies and procedures related to assignment.

  • Maintain a small pipeline of loans.

  • Serve as point of reference for interdepartmental and/or production-related inquiries, responding promptly and accurately.

  • Track key performance indicators to ensure Loan Officers’/Loan Specialists’ performance goals are met.

  • Remain knowledgeable on company and industry guidelines and processes.

  • Identify, develop, and implement loan process improvements.

  • Communicate regularly with Underwriting and Processing via email and phone, to clarify conditions and address loan issues.
