The Programmatic Manager is responsible for dictating the strategy for the programmatic advertising channels for the purposes of lead generation. They lead a team that will organize, analyze, and optimize all programmatic accounts.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Lead, develop, and provide direction for team members including Programmatic Coordinators and Specialists. Responsible for employee actions, including staffing, performance management, and development.

  • Provide strategy for Facebook ads and Google Display Network channels.

  • Analyze and report on programmatic performance.

  • Prospect for new emerging channels in programmatic advertising.

  • Experience with all relevant advertising channels (paid social, search, display and native).

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel.

  • Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company. 

  • Leadership skills. 

  • Ability to motivate and encourage a high-performing diverse team. 

  • Effective communication and conflict resolution. 

  • Quantitative and analytical decision making skills.
