As a Property Management Coordinator-AHRN, you will assist with promoting our Automated Housing Referral Network (AHRN) website by verifying high-quality properties to support the growth of the platform. You will focus on growth through verification/validation of properties posted on the website and tracking issues/concerns of clients to closure for website improvement. Additionally, you may be requested to make phone calls and engage by email to clients posting properties on AHRN.com. You will assist the AHRN team with social media engagement and provide content/validation for related articles and communications. 

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and screen incoming applications from military personnel and their families seeking off-base and on-base housing through the AHRN platform. This will include conducting background checks and verification processes to ensure compliance with AHRN guidelines and policies.

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot customer complaints, issues, and concerns until resolution is found.

  • Assess property listings submitted by landlords and property managers for accuracy and completeness, including verification of property details, amenities, location, and rental items.

  • Monitor social media channels for inquiries, feedback, and potential leads, as well as engagement with followers, addressing customer inquiries, and analyzing social media metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase AHRN’s online presence and engagement, including but not limited to creation of compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, AHRN newsletters, and the AHRN educational blog.

  • Coordinate with property owners to address any discrepancies or issues identified during the screening process.

  • Engage and coordinate with the Veterans United Social Media team to push AHRN visibility and initiatives.

  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
