About the Role:

As a Realty Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face guiding potential homebuyers through their journey with us. Your mission? To connect VA home buyers with our amazing agents and partner lenders, making their dream home a reality.

This is a base plus commission role with the potential to earn $60,000-$80,000/year.  But here's where it gets exciting - our top performers are earning beyond the highest figures in this range, thanks to performance incentives that can propel your earnings higher.

What You'll Do:

  • Connect and Convert: Field calls and follow up on leads, matching homebuyers with the perfect agent and lender.

  • Customer Care Champion: Ensure every homebuyer feels valued and supported, overseeing their needs from start to finish.

  • Drive Results: Keep your finger on the pulse of department goals, helping us boost conversion rates to new heights.

  • Team Player: Pitch in wherever needed to strengthen our team and company culture.
