While we don’t require a specific degree, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of successful experience in loan origination, a plus if it’s in the refinance sector

  • NMLS licensed

  • A passion for helping people navigate the refinancing process and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

About The Role:

As a Refinance Loan Officer, you won’t just be pushing products—you’ll be helping clients navigate the complex process of refinancing their homes. In this high-energy, results-driven role, you’ll leverage your expertise to guide borrowers through the refinancing process, helping them secure the best terms for their unique financial needs.

You’ll be responsible for converting warm leads into successful outcomes. Our marketing team generates a steady stream of interested borrowers, so you won’t be cold-calling. Instead, you’ll focus on converting those leads into long-term clients by building relationships and using your financial expertise to present the best refinance options. The schedule is flexible, but your drive to succeed will determine how far you go. While the work is demanding, the satisfaction of seeing your clients save money and achieve their financial goals makes it all worth it.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:

  • Reaching out to warm leads and building strong relationships with potential refinance clients.

  • Analyzing borrower’s financial situations to determine the best loan products for their needs.

  • Running credit reports and guiding borrowers through the loan process.

  • Structuring loans, including setting competitive rates and fees tailored to each client’s situation.

  • Managing documentation, ensuring the process moves smoothly, and guiding clients through each step of the refinancing journey.

  • Pitching in wherever needed to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

About You:

  • You have 2+ years of successful experience as a Loan Officer and are familiar with working in a loan pipeline.

  • You are a proven salesperson—you know how to prospect, connect with clients, and close deals.

  • You possess the grit and resilience needed to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

  • Adaptability is key for you—you embrace changes and are always looking for creative solutions to challenges.

  • You manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to hit your targets without missing a beat.

  • You’re driven by success, eager for feedback, and always looking for opportunities to improve your skills and performance.
