In Retention Marketing, you are responsible for executing, managing and analyzing direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels that include direct mail, email, in-bound and outbound telemarketing, online and others. You will work closely with several departments including but not limited to Creative Design, Analytics, Product Strategy and Call Center.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels that include but are not limited to direct mail, email, outbound and inbound telemarketing, and servicing touch points.

  • Lead campaign execution with cross-functional teams that include call center, sales, direct mail and email production, and outbound telemarketing.

  • Work with Analysts to develop a/b testing across direct mail, email, and digital channels.

  • Work with Legal to ensure all campaigns are compliant and meet state audit requirements.

  • Write creative briefs and work with design and copy teams to develop multi-channel  campaigns.

  • Manage costs and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

  • Responsible for managing vendors in support of marketing initiatives.

  • Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company. 

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Exemplary customer service skills.

  • Experience developing and maintaining positive employee relationships.

  • High attention to detail.
