Senior Analytics and Tag Management Specialist

As a Senior Analytics and Tag Management Specialist, you are responsible for the department’s web analytics infrastructure. You lead the collection and interpretation of analytics data with a focus on accuracy in order to collect and store data in the best way possible. You will communicate across the department on website data structure, and are the resident thought leader on the Google Marketing 360 Suite of products. 

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Continuously monitor data and communicate impactful trends to the Insights, SEO, and Digital Marketing teams.

  • Responsible for managing Google Analytics website tagging and tracking strategies through Google Tag Manager for all online properties.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on tracking and analytics needs.

  • Ensure data accuracy for everything collected; maintain a strong relationship with developers and designers.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Google Marketing 360 Suite of products.

  • Experience with Javascript and Google BigQuery.

  • 3+ years working in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

  • Knowledge of the digital marketing space, including paid search, SEO, social and general digital marketing strategy.

  • Experience visualizing data to communicate analysis with stakeholders in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or other visualization platform.

  • Excellent diagnostic skills to analyze and identify discrepancies in data sets.
