Software Architect - Lenexa, KS

As a Software Architect, you will serve as a technical leader from an application and system architecture and design perspective. This position will not be originating loans.
 

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Serve as architect for complex mission critical projects or programs. Collaborate with peers and teammates to support crucial application systems.

  • Ensure that components of the solution architecture, including database design, API, and Interface designs, are appropriate for business needs.

  • Partner with product owners, vendors, and development teams to provide elegant component design.

  • Provide technical excellence, support, and quality throughout all stages of application lifecycle.

  • Partner with all technical departments in the purchase of new applications, tools, technologies, and solutions.

  • Help progress our Software Engineering culture and methodologies.

  • Develop and promote best practices and standards in our systems, security, design, database, development, etc.

  • Improve our architecture methods, practices, and tools by learning, selecting, and advocating innovations and improvements.

  • Familiarity with front end application development technologies.

  • Experience with version control and continuous integration/continuous delivery tools.
