Software Development Manager

As a Software Development Manager, you will serve multiple product delivery teams as they satisfy the customer through rapid, continuous delivery of high-quality, valuable software. You will be the guiding force in Agile Delivery, XP Practices, and overall feature quality.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Channel leadership to translate the company vision into a coherent product vision; provide visibility through the Technology Portfolio.

  • Collaborate with Channel leadership to create roadmaps for each of the product delivery teams; provide regular feedback and feedforward to team members regarding technical skills and whole team mentality.

  • Partner with Channel leadership in building Whole Channel Team Delivery.

  • Identify team strategy, set goals, and serve teams and stakeholders in achieving success.

  • Teach Extreme Programming practices; foster the whole team in Agile Development, practices, principles and values.

  • Ability to build high performing self-directed development teams.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development.

  • Multi-team Servant Leadership experience.
