Technical Trainer (Software Engineering)

As a Technical Trainer, you will support education and training initiatives within the Product Development division. You are responsible for researching, writing, and delivering curriculum, conducting presentations and webinars, and providing relevant resources to support education and training initiatives. In addition, you will collaborate with Software Engineering leadership to devise training programs. 

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

  • Plan, design, implement and conduct training in a variety of formats in order to meet the needs of the division. Formats may include but are not limited to classroom, WebEx, recorded videos, and train-the-trainer.  Assess, learn, and collaborate with internal subject matter experts while constructing training courses and events.

  • Drive relations with vendors to fulfill external training requirements.

  • Continue to develop and sustain technical skills in response to business needs. Remain knowledgeable on company and industry guidelines and processes.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, excluding licensed activity.
