About The Role:
As an Appreciation Coordinator, you’ll help bring Veterans United’s values to life through thoughtful gifts and meaningful experiences that make people feel truly appreciated. Whether you’re coordinating branded items, managing inventory, or helping fulfill gifts for borrowers and partners, your work will directly support the relationships that make our culture so special. This role is perfect for someone who loves the details, enjoys creating memorable experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Depending on your assignment, you may focus on areas like Brand & Product Experience, Gifting Fulfillment, or Inventory & Vendor Coordination. No matter the focus, you’ll play a big role in helping us create moments that leave a lasting impact.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:

Coordinating and fulfilling thoughtful gifts for borrowers, vendors, and partners, making sure every delivery is timely, accurate, and meaningful.

Assisting with branded merchandise and Team Shop items by working with vendors to ensure quality, creativity, and alignment with VU culture standards.

Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and keeping gifting operations organized and running smoothly.

Collaborating with teammates and vendors to support gifting requests, special projects, and company initiatives.

Helping support incentive trips, conferences, and events by assisting with branded product selection and ordering.

Managing returned packages, tracking issues, and helping resolve delivery concerns quickly and efficiently.

Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
About You:

Experience with gifting, inventory management, fulfillment, vendor coordination, promotional products, or logistics is a plus, but not required.

You’re comfortable with basic computer technologies and can navigate the tools needed for an internet-based company.

You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license with a responsible driving history.
