Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
- Creating and publishing engaging social media content across multiple brands, making sure everything aligns with each brand’s voice, audience, and goals.
- Partnering with the Social Media Manager to keep content calendars organized, coordinate assets and approvals, and ensure content goes live on time.
- Keeping a pulse on social media trends, platform updates, cultural moments, and emerging content formats to uncover new opportunities for engagement.
- Gathering and organizing social media performance data to help identify what’s working, where we can improve, and how we can better connect with audiences.
- Researching competitors, industry leaders, and standout social accounts to inspire fresh ideas and creative approaches across channels.
- Collaborating with co-workers across teams to bring stories to life and support larger marketing and brand initiatives.
- Pitching in wherever needed to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
About You:
- You have a passion for social media and enjoy creating content that informs, entertains, and connects with audiences.
- You understand the major social media platforms and stay curious about new trends, tools, and best practices.
- You're a strong communicator who can adapt your writing style and tone to fit different brands and audiences.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities without losing attention to detail.
- You're a self-starter who enjoys taking initiative, bringing new ideas to the table, and turning concepts into action.
- You enjoy working with others and build positive relationships across teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Experience creating content for brands, managing multiple brand voices, graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video creation or editing skills are a plus.
- You show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done.
